Furthermore, you (the buyer) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prison Informational Guides LLC, its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

1. services provided to the incarcerated recipient
2. use or misuse of the services
3. violation of laws by the buyer or recipient

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

We may update this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the site with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
